NADCO is a collegial group of district curriculum officials who strive to study, analyze, exchange, and disseminate effective methods and practices pertaining to curriculum, instruction and professional development while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, effectiveness and efficiency in today's educational environments. In addition to monthly county-wide meetings, regional gatherings among northern and southern sector schools take place on a regular basis. Click here to access our constitution and by-laws.
Membership
Membership in NADCO is open to all educators with an interest in furthering their knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and professional development, and especially to those who are willing to share their expertise as well. Although Assistant Superintendents for Curriculum and Instruction comprise the vast majority of NADCO, Assistant Superintendents for Personnel, District Directors, and Lead Teachers also enjoy the benefits of joining our collegial and collaborative group. Click "JOIN NADCO" for a membership form. There is a limit of one voting representative from each of the constituent districts in Nassau County and BOCES as designated by each Superintendent, and non-voting membership will be available to those individuals who are not designated as district representatives.
